Service
RicasPro provides cloud-based school management software on a subscription basis. By registering a school or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
School responsibilities
School administrators are responsible for accurate data entry, user access control, and compliance with local education and data-protection regulations.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Online card payments may be introduced later; until then, invoices are settled via bank transfer or Mobile Money as instructed by RicasPro support.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.
