Information we collect

RicasPro stores school operational data that your institution enters: student and staff records, attendance, fees, grades, and communications. Each school's data lives in an isolated database schema.

How we use data

Data is used solely to operate the school management platform — dashboards, reports, notifications, and parent/student portals. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Access is role-based. Super Admins cannot browse individual student records without an audited support action.
